The Music Guild (“TMG,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is one of Los Angeles’s longest-running presenters of chamber music, and a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit that enriches communities through world-class concerts, hands-on education initiatives, and instrument-donation programs for students. We safeguard your information following the California Consumer Privacy Act, the California Privacy Rights Act, and all other applicable privacy laws.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as precise geolocation, health data, or biometric data. Services are not directed to children under 13; any data collected about minors is obtained from or with a parent or legal guardian.

Board members may access donor or ticket data only when reasonably necessary and under confidentiality obligations.
  5. Cookies and Tracking
We use first- and third-party cookies for site functionality and analytics. A banner lets you accept, reject, or customise non-essential cookies. Browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals are honoured as opt-out requests for analytics cookies.

  7. Data Security
We secure data with TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest (via Stripe and Mailchimp), role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, and annual PCI-DSS reviews. No method is perfectly secure, but we continuously evaluate and update safeguards.
